To bring the church into the unity of the faith, unto a perfect man; and, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:11
The Mission of KWC is what we do, why we do it, and the sense of urgency we employ in doing it. You may be familiar with some of the terms used as part of the consummate ministry of the ascension gifts found in Ephesians 4:13-16. How or what part any local assembly plays is determined by the visionary of that setting. Our Contribution, here at KWC, is to prepare “through training, equipping, empowering, and mobilizing the body of Christ to take dominion on earth (note Revelation 11:15). Jesus taught His followers
to pray in the “disciples” prayer, “thy kingdom come; thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven”. The church of the Lord Jesus Christ is the only one that can fulfill that purpose.
is the ability to appreciate and except beyond conditions“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” I John 4:7-8 KJV
is a strong uncompromising confidence and trust in someone or something. “… knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience” James 1:3 KJV
is a quality, which is unusually good and so surpasses ordinary standards. Not just ‘doing’ but ‘being’. “…according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:3-4 KJV
is a sense of responsibility and contribution to society that defines our existence. “For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” Romans 13:9 KJV
is a group of people affiliated by birth, by marriage, or shared consumption – a model of social relationships “And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.” Matthew 12:49-50 KJV
We are a necessary part of the Body of Christ. We are joints that are properly fit and adjoined within the Body, supplying the substance and power of the gift that Christ gave us before the foundation of the world.
We have been placed on the earth to fulfill the mandate of Christ:
First, go into the world and preach the gospel, be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it. To have dominion.
Our mission is to train, equip, empower, and mobilize the saints to have dominion NOW!! We study to show ourselves approved unto God, a workman who is not ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
We give no offense in anything that the ministry is not blamed. On the contrary, in all things, we approve ourselves as ministers of God; – in our homes, our relationships, our finances, our jobs, our church, and everything we do.
Our hands are clean, and our hearts are pure that we might always bring glory to the Father and not to ourselves.
We will work as team members to enlarge and perfect the Body of Christ. So that all may come into the unity of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man; unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
We are abiding in heavenly places in Christ Jesus — raised with Christ to live a new life. We are the image of Christ in the earth, and we are here to show forth His praise and His glory!!!
We seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all things are added to us. We are blessed with all spiritual blessings, blessed in our soul, blessed in our Body and finances. Our lives are a success, and we will do God’s will on earth as it is in heaven.
We have the power to bind and lose on earth, and heaven will declare it so. We are more than conquerors through Jesus, who always causes us to triumph. We are overcomers, and nothing by any means can harm us.
We can ask what we will, and it shall be done! No good thing will He withhold from us, for we can have what God says we have!
